SM APPLIANCE CENTER THE BEST!!!

SM Appliance Center!!! The Best!!!

LCD TV; Flat Screen TV Set! We all dream to have one; And SM Appliance Center has a lot of brands and sizes to offer!!!
Wow!(arch brows) you can say that again;
Have you ever heard “Revived Television”? I just learn what it is and wish I haven’t knew it.

Here’s my story;

I was browsing to look for a technician to repair my television; and bumped to one of this post;

Header says “Tired of repairing your TV? Have it revived”

What a header and I know it’s a bomb; I bought my Hyundai 21 inch flat screen TV two years ago; And I need it repaired; Let me give you a brief history; from the year I bought the unit last 2008, 3 months after, its broken; no big deal; since its under warranty, I can have it repaired; they have an authorized technician or repair depot that’s in F***** Mandue City. So I took it there just to have it fixed; so after a day its working we’re all happy; but the trouble it had me before is now over the worse.

Let’s go back to the post….

Thrilled, I contacted the technician, since he also offer onsite repair;

I just want to have my TV repaired, but also interested about what “Revived TV” is

So he goes

Any brand of TV, size doesn’t matter if the picture tube is still in good shape it’s a candidate; I asked about further details;

So how do you revive?

The board of the TV is removed and replaced by a new one; but its a clone board; not from china but from korea. So the life span would be a year.

A year? I’m not thrilled anymore;

So why does SM appliance center have to do with it?

Read further;

The tech now opened the case of my TV; watching on what he was doing;

“Kani Revive ni na TV”

And I was like
What the fucking hell are you saying!!!

I bought that brand new!!! And now you’re telling me it’s a revive TV!!!

Funny thing is; he just told me what revive means;
While I actually have one; and it hurts that I’m watching Marian Rivera on a revived TV!

I’m at my boiling point, but still calm.
“Unsaon diay pagtan’aw kung revive ang TV?”
I did not say yet where I bought it

“Parehas ani; When you check the tube, its not saying its Hyundai; and the board doesn’t have a name” Yes the technician is englisero.
“Now I’m wondering; The TV was repaired after the first three months; and now I realized that’s not normal”

He adds
“kakita ka ana sa SM? Kanang mga Digital labelled TV sa my screen? Those are revived TV sets and from Korea”

“I bought this at SM”

The tech was shocked when he heard it

“Ayaw pag scandalo or pagyaw-yaw didto ha, kay nanginabuhi sad na sila” The englisero technician is now talking bisaya to me.

I just sneered

I want to zoom to SM and gun them; especially the salesman that said that it’s a brand new TV! But it’s too late; If I just knew it sooner.

I’ll stop here; the ending is; I’ve wasted my money; effort and still have a broken TV; yes its still not working. I could’ve just given the money to my parents.

My point is; SM is one of the most trusted companies; but now I’m actually having a second thought.

Selling Revived Televisions and claiming it’s brand new is not a good idea.

You just lost 1 costumer, but wait till this spreads!

ALWAYS ASK!!! IS THIS REVIVED!!? Before buying TV especially at SM appliance center because

“Their name is not a quality”

Now have that revived.
